Contextual Analysis :

NF yesterday we had a 3 day balance and balance trading rules were in place for the day. Today NF opened with a drive above 3 day balance high and tested 21680 NF , printed FA at top. After printing FA at top broke day low invalidating open drive and accepting back inside 3 day balance. Look above 3 day balance and unbale to stay higher , probe was VPOC of the balance and then other extreme of the balance. NF broke the other side balance extreme and tested the unfilled gap zone near 21170 levels. Back to back outside day and large liquidation move happened today with good volumes in NF. Highest volume registered for the month of December. NF still monthly and weekly is in OTF down. Yesterday we had mentioned that 5 day VPOC has not migrated in the 3 day consolidation. So bulls failed to pull VPOC up and NF reversed from top to test the VPOC and went beyond that levels. NF created a spike down today . Spike zone 21280-21165 levels. Value in spike and below spike is bearish and above spike is bullish.

NF now in 2 distinct balance zones. Here I have given the two balance zones in NF.

We have 6 day balance at the bottom and then a 5 day balance at the top. NF next session expecting a pullback till 21290-21310 zones and do a reversal from there towards downside. If there is no pullback and we break today low then look to take support at 21130 ( previous balance extreme ). If 21230 breaks then towards 21086/21030/20990/20900 levels.

Bullish above 21290-21310 zone to test 21420-21450 levels.

Break and hold above 21450 towards 21500/21550 levels

Bullish above 21550 towards 21680 and new ATH

Unable to stay above 21310 and below 21280 towards 21230/21165 levels

Unbale to stay above 21420/450 zone could drop till 20290-21310 levels.

Bearish below 21160 towards 21130/21086/21032 levels.

Break and hold below 21032 towards 20990/20900 levels.
